A2. We can provide you free samples to check our quality, but the delivery fee should be paid by our customer. It is appreciated if you could send us your international Express Account for freight collect.
Q3. How do you charge mould fees?
A3. In case we need to open new moulds for your order, the mould fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.
Q4. What's your payment term?
A4. T/T: 30% of total value as deposit, 70% as balance should be paid before shipment. L/C or other payment terms can be negotiated.
