Product Description
3030 aluminum profile is a very common and widely used industrial aluminum profile, named after its cross-sectional dimensions of 30mm×30mm. It is an ideal choice for constructing various frame structures.
The standard cross-section is 30mm×30mm, with a typical wall thickness of 1.5mm or 2.0mm and a diagonal rib thickness of approximately 1.4mm. This design ensures strength while maintaining lightweight properties.
Features a continuous 8mm groove, allowing weld-free modular assembly with T-bolts, angle brackets, and connecting plates, significantly improving installation efficiency.
Typically anodized, presenting a silver-white appearance with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Custom colors are available for a modern and safe aesthetic.
With a 500mm span and bolted connections, a 2.0mm-thick profile can bear up to 200kg, far exceeding the capacity of 2020 profiles, making it ideal for light to medium loads.
