The 8080 industrial aluminum profile is a high-strength heavy-duty industrial aluminum profile, named after its standard 80mm×80mm cross-sectional dimension. 1. Size & Structure
Standard 80mm×80mm cross-section, typical wall thickness ranges from 5.0mm (customizable according to load requirements). This optimized structural design maximizes overall rigidity and impact resistance while maintaining the lightweight advantage of aluminum profiles, avoiding structural deformation under heavy load and ensuring long-term stable use.
2. Connection Method
As a key highlight of the 8080 aluminum profile, it is equipped with 10mm wide continuous notches (compatible with 8mm connectors for versatility), which can be matched with various heavy-duty special connectors, such as high-strength T-bolts, reinforced angle brackets, and thickened connecting plates. It realizes fast, welding-free and modular assembly, inheriting the convenient installation advantage of small and medium-sized profiles, while greatly improving connection stability and bearing capacity, suitable for large-scale and heavy-duty frame assembly.

Q1What's your MoQ ? And what is your delivery time?
A1. 500kgs for each model. About 25 days after payment.
Q2If I need a sample, could you support?
A2. We can provide you free samples to check our quality, but the delivery fee should be paid by our customer. It is appreciated if you could send us your international Express Account For Freight Collect.
Q3How do you charge mould fees?
A3. In case we need to open new moulds for your order, the mould fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.
Q4What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?
A4. Actual weight is the actual weight including standard packaging. Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing, calculated by the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of the profile.
Q5What's your payment term?
A5. T/T: 30% of total value as deposit, 70% as balance should be paid before shipment. L/C or other payment terms can be negotiated.
