Q1 What's your MOQ ? And what is your delivery time?
A1. 500kgs for each model. About 25 days after payment.
Q2 If i need sample, could you support?
A2. We can provide you free samples to check our quality, but the delivery fee should be paid by the customer, and it would be appreciated if you could send us your international Express Account for Freight Collect.
Q3 How do you charge mould fees?
A3. In case new moulds need to be opened for your order, the mould fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.
Q4 What's your payment term?
A4. T/T: 30% of total value as deposit, 70% balance to be paid before shipment. L/C or other payment terms can be negotiated.
Q5 Could you provide OEM & ODM services?
A5. Yes, we have more than 1,500 workers and a professional engineer team who can finish orders quickly with good quality.
Q6 How can you guarantee the quality?
A6. We hold certificates such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, etc. During production, your order will be inspected by QC at every step.
