Q1 What's your MOQ ? And what is your delivery time?
500kgs for each model. About 25 days after payment.
Q2 If i need sample, could you support?
We can provide you free samples to check our quality, but the delivery fee should be paid by the customer, and it would be appreciated if you could send us your international Express Account for Freight Collect.
Q3 How do you charge mould fees?
In case new moulds need to be opened for your order, the mould fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches a certain amount.
Q4 What is the difference between theoretical weight and actual weight?
Actual weight is the real weight including standard packaging. Theoretical weight is determined according to the drawing, calculated by the weight per meter multiplied by the length of the profile.
Q5 What's your payment term?
T/T: 30% of total value as deposit, 70% balance to be paid before shipment. L/C or other payment terms can be negotiated.
Q6 How can you guarantee the quality?
We hold certificates such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, etc. During production, your order will be inspected by QC at every step.
