The 2020 aluminum profile is a popular and highly versatile lightweight industrial aluminum extrusion. Named by its standard cross-section of 20mm×20mm, it is the ideal material for small frames, minimalist structures and creative modular assembly.

1.Dimensions & Structure:Standard cross-section: 20mm×20mm, with common wall thickness options of 1.2mm and 1.5mm. The diagonal ribs are lightweight and well-structured. Compact and neat in design, it ensures basic structural strength while maintaining ultra-light weight with less material consumption.
2.Connection Method:It features a standard 6mm European standard T‑slot with continuous groove design. Fully compatible with standard accessories such as T-bolts, small corner brackets and connecting plates. Weld-free modular assembly enables fast installation, easy disassembly and flexible construction, friendly even for beginners.
3.Surface Treatment:Comes with premium anodized finish in classic sand white or matte silver. Excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance keep the profile from fading or oxidizing over time. Custom anodized colors are available to match different equipment appearances and decoration needs.
4.Load Capacity & Application:Perfect for short-span lightweight projects. With bolt fastening within a 500mm span, it meets daily light-load requirements. More compact and cost-effective than 3030 profiles. Widely used for light equipment frames, 3D printer structures, DIY projects, small jigs, residential, industrial and construction applications.

A1.500kgs for each model. About 25 days after payment.

A2.We can provide you free samples for check our quality, but the delivery fee should be paid by our customer, and it is appreciated could send us your international Express Account For Freight Collect.
Q3.How do you charge mould fees?
A3.In case need to open new moulds for your order, but the mould fee will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a certain amount.
Q4.What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?
A4.Actual weight is the actual weight including standard packaging Theoretical weight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the weight of each meter multiplied by the length of profile.
Q5.What's your payment term?
A5.T/T: 30% of total value as deposit, 70% as balance should be paid before shipment.L/C or other payment term can be negotiated.
